Shipping Policies

Please note that no order will be shipped until all Products contained in the order are ready and available for shipment. In addition, no order will be shipped outside of Quebec, except at the discretion of Thérapie CPAP Outaouais .

Shipping charges are added to any order with a total value of less than $75 before applicable sales taxes. There will be no shipping charges for any order valued at $75 or more before applicable sales taxes. The charges applicable to your order will be clearly indicated, if any, before you complete your purchase of Products on the Site.

Additional shipping charges may apply for any order shipped to remote areas, either outside major urban centers or areas not served by Canada Post (XpressPost). Prior to such shipment, we will contact you to obtain your consent to such additional shipping charges. If you refuse, CPAP Therapy Outaouais will cancel the order and refund the amount debited to the original payment method.
